OVERVIEW

You'll work closely with the HR Director to support initiatives that simplify and enhance HR practices across the region.

THE ROLE

As an HR Intern, you will play a key role in supporting ongoing HR initiatives such as talent mapping and employee engagement surveys, while helping to optimize HR processes to improve efficiency and impact.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Initiatives

• Conduct market research to identify external talent pools key roles.
• Support the design, coordination, and launch of the employee pulse survey.
• Assist in reviewing and optimizing existing HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
