The Payments Experience
product team is responsible for payment and funds flow experience
of the Grab apps as well as online & offline acceptance of
GrabPay payment methods. We aim to build the best, most innovative
payment products, making a meaningful impact on the lives of our
consumers.

consumer payment and money movement experience on Grab. If you're

Get to
know the Role
We are looking for
a Lead Product Manager to join our team. You will manage the
acquiring experience for both QR and Online acceptance regionally
for our end consumers (end users, driver partners, merchant
partners), owning product strategy, discovery and execution.
Leading multiple cross functional teams, you will play a key role
in driving growth to our Financial services across the region. You
will report to Senior Product
Leader.
The critical tasks you
will perform
Develop
and drive the product vision and strategy for QR and Online
acceptance acquiring across all countries, aligning it with Grab
and Grab Financial overall strategy
Be the
leader of cross-functional teams, comprising senior engineers,
designers, data analysts and business, foster a culture of
collaboration and teamwork
Drive a continuous
discovery - delivery working model where identified problems and
solutions can quickly transition to implementation to test products
fast and incorporate leanings into future iterations
Use data to make informed decisions, optimize existing
features, and guide the development of new features to enhance
engagement and relevance.
You will communicate
with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that
the team's work is well-understood and
well-supported.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer
Science, or related field.
At least 7 years of
product management experience, with at least 5 years in the
payments or fintech industry and ideally in B2C segment
Strong understanding of payment & fintech ecosystem
and trends in SEA, as well as fund flow mechanisms
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling
payment products
Experience leading and
mentoring cross-functional teams in a fast-paced
environment
Experience using data and insights
to inform product development with the ability to translate data
insights into actionable product strategies
Experience applying AI tools across the product
management lifecycle
