Job responsibilities
- Prepare tender documents for submission and pre-tender pricing verification
- Prepare cost analysis based on the project quotation estimates, materials required and labour involved
- Perform material sourcing and delivery
- Source and evaluate quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers
- Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of interim payments and the final account
- Handle and follow up progress claims, progress certifications, variation orders and settlement of final payment from clients
- Preparation and resolution of progress claims, variation orders and final accounts
- Attend site meetings to capture all variation claims, preparation of interim valuations and potential variation works order
- Liaise with Client and Consultants on all contractual issue
- Good knowledge in local market costing
- Attend meetings / site meetings
- Handle other assigned duties or related job as required
- Can perform independently and also a good team player
Requirement
Preferably executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalentCandidate must possess Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil EngineeringKnowledge on Auto-Cad and able to interpret engineering / construction drawingAt least 2 years of working experience in Civil Engineering industryGood communication skillsMeticulous in data analysis, Productivity & Innovation, Quality ManagementAdditional Responsibilities
