Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Assistant to assist sourcing, purchasing, and vendor coordination for our interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and timely delivery of materials.
Key Responsibilities :
Sourcing & Supplier Management :
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for interior fit-out materials, furniture, and finishes.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Purchasing & Cost Control :
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of materials.
Analyze costs, quality, and delivery timelines to optimize procurement strategies.
Logistics & Inventory Management :
Coordinate material deliveries to project sites and ensure timely stock availability.
Work with project managers to forecast material requirements.
Track and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Compliance & Documentation :
Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier agreements, and invoices.
Stay updated on sustainability and safety requirements for materials used in fit-out projects.
