Your new role

• Gather and document business and technical requirements for the initiative.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define scope and objectives.
• Prepare and maintain SDM documents including analysis, design, and SOPs.
• Support configuration setup in VCX Portal and define file exchange mappings.
• Develop and execute test plans for SIT, UAT, and performance testing.
• Perform defect tracking, root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in defining Control-M job schedules and file processing scripts.
