about the job
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and flair
- Maintenance of the bar, ensuring it's clean, well-stocked, and ready for every service
- Confidently present the menu and propose / upsell different food & beverage choices to our customers
- Collaborate with your team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment
- Assist menu development
- Process payments transactions from the customers
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with guests
- Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
qualifications and experience :
Prior bartending experienceKnowledge of wine, beer, alcoholic beverages, drink recipes and mixology techniquesDisplays eagerness to learn and full of energyPassionate about the craft of cocktails, beverage knowledge, and hospitalityExcellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressureEA : 94C3609 / R25154231
