Job Summary :
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a solid understanding of web development and the ability to manage projects end-to-end. This role does not require hands-on coding but demands a resourceful individual who knows how and why solutions work, can bridge the gap between technical teams and business needs, and provide clients and stakeholders with clear guidance, recommendations, and workarounds.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead projects through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Apply technical knowledge of web development to assess feasibility, evaluate options, and guide delivery teams.
- Act as the central point between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, aligning expectations and priorities.
- Coordinate with developers stationed in overseas branch offices to align deliverables and maintain communication flow.
- Provide solutions, workarounds, and recommendations when challenges arise.
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with pragmatic approaches.
- Track progress and communicate updates clearly to both management and clients.
- Drive projects to achieve objectives within agreed scope, time, and quality standards.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.Proven experience managing technical or software / web development projects.Strong understanding of web technologies, architecture, and development processes (not hands-on coding, but capable of meaningful discussions).Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage both client and internal stakeholder relationships.Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on practical solutions.Familiarity with project management tools (eg. ClickUp).Soft Skills :
