Technical Project Manager – Onsite
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee multiple ongoing projects handled by offshore teams. You will ensure smooth project operations, strong governance, clear communication, and alignment across all levels.
Key responsibilities include :
- Monitor project operations and drive improvements in processes, team structure, and communication.
- Support offshore project managers and technical leads in structured “layer-to-layer” coordination.
- Handle administrative tasks, consolidate insights, and provide monthly reports on project progress, risks, and next steps.
- Apply technical knowledge to understand diverse technology discussions and guide project execution effectively.
Technical and Domain Skills
Require a solid technical foundation to follow and support discussions on :
Cloud & infrastructure : Azure Cloud Services : Azure VM, Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure Storage, Azure API Management, Azure API Gateway.System Design : Monolithic Architecture, Microservices ArchitectureBackend App Development : Java (Springboot, Spring MVC), .NET 4.5, NodeJSFrontend & Mobile : ReactJS, Android (Kotlin), iOS (Swift)Database : Azure SQL, MS SQL, CosmosDBIntegration & Messaging : REST APIs, Kafka, Azure Message Queue, Firebase Messaging, APNSDevOps & Monitoring : Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, New Relic, Prometheus, GrafanaProject Management and Operations :
Extensive experience in managing or overseeing large-scale, multiple project environments, with direct accountability for ensuring project governance and operational efficiency.Expertise in establishing and enforcing communication models that ensure alignment, facilitating effective engagement between customer and offshore teams.Strong background in project operations, with a focus on improving delivery processes, governance structures, and cross-team collaboration.Familiar with the administrative works related to on-going projects : timesheet-invoice process, resource onboarding / offboarding / replacement process.Leadership and Communication :
Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a track record of proactively identifying issues and ensuring resolution, especially under tight timeline.Confident communicator who can engage with both technical and business stakeholders, build consensus, and represent project interests effectively.Proactive leadership style, adept at handling competing priorities and driving teams toward successful delivery in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Collaborative, open mindset that fosters teamwork across diverse technical and business teams.Skilled in preparing clear & actionable reports and presentation for senior management.Domains : Retail, Hotel Booking, Reward Program, Loyalty Program, Payment Integration
