Roles & Responsibilities

Project Manager Lead (enterprise systems)

Lead the strategy, enhancement, and integration of the organization’s systems. Work with business stakeholders and IT teams to streamline processes, drive digital adoption, and ensure technology supports institutional goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Define system roadmap and oversee delivery of enhancements on time and within budget.
• Align and integrate processes across departments to support the organization’s strategy.
• Partner with process owners to review workflows and improve administration.
• Drive adoption of technology to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Ensure data is accurate, secure, and leveraged for analytics and decision-making.
• Oversee change and risk management to minimise disruption and maintain compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to set priorities and deliver business solutions.
