Roles & Responsibilities

Purpose :

To provide technical expertise, including both pre-sales and post-sales support, for i-PRO’s professional range of security products, such as Video Management Systems , IP cameras , and NVR s solution across operations in APAC region.

Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Proposal

• Design and propose CCTV solutions , including appropriate camera models, NVRs, storage systems, and network configurations
• Develop system architecture diagrams and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Ensure all proposed solutions align with industry standards and meet customer-specific requirements.

Product Demonstrations & Proof of Concept (POC)
