Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparation and implementation of Safety Program.
- Ensure all work practices comply with company safety policy and WSH Act.
- Advise on work plan / Risk Assessment / safe work procedures.
- Ability to identify problems and provide solutions.
- Able to lead fellow colleagues and inculcate them towards safe work culture.
- Compile all relevant report and records, carry out daily safety inspection.
- Prepare and submit weekly safety report as required by management and clients.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Manager.
- Have experience in confined space, high-altitude work, civil engineering or electrical engineering projects.
- Improve the Company’s EHS system through effective implementation on GGBS, ISO14001 & OHSAS 18001 standards.
- Furnish the necessary documentation for relevant personnel to comply with WSH requirements.
- Any other duties assigned by the EHS Manager.
Experience / Skill Required
Must have Workplace Safety & Health Diploma / Degree in Environment / Health / Safety or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of experience as WSHO in Singapore.Must be a Singapore Registered Safety Officer / Workplace Safety & Health Officer with Ministry of Manpower (Singapore).Must have professional knowledge in WSHE legislation and regulations (WSH act and Environment).Physically fit and healthy, hardworking and drivenAble to start work within short noticeWilling to travel to Sunset Way (near Clementi)Tell employers what skills you have
