Roles & Responsibilities

Employment Duration : 3 months (Temporary Contract)

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain stores to ensure all items are properly stored and organised.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records accurately.
  • Support data entry and ensure stock information is up to date.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving digital inventory tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel).
  • Perform general administrative duties to support inventory and store operations.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday : 8 : 30am – 6 : 00pm
  • Friday : 8 : 30am – 5 : 30pm
  • Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma, 'A' Level, 'O' Level, or NITEC qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
