Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer / PCBA Specialist to take ownership of the entire hardware development process — from translating system requirements into board-level designs to delivering fully validated, production-ready PCBAs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and develop electronic system architecture down to the PCBA level, based on project requirements.
• Design and implement PCBAs that incorporate microcontrollers, motor drivers, and mixed-signal circuits.
• Handle the complete design cycle : component selection, schematic capture, PCB layout coordination, prototype bring-up, and verification — ensuring readiness for volume production (NPI).
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex design and integration issues.
• Conduct instrument-level hardware validation and provide actionable feedback for design improvements.
• Manage configuration control for hardware changes across the product portfolio.
• Maintain and oversee all electrical engineering component data in SAP / PLM systems.
• Produce and maintain detailed engineering documentation, test procedures, and compliance reports for regulated environments, including robotic systems.
• Organize and lead electrical design reviews, driving accountability and decision-making.
