Roles & Responsibilities

• Carry out Research & Development of machine tool products and technologies for CNC Milling, Die Sinker EDM and Wire EDM including Peripheral Equipment , Automation

Extensive exposure in the following areas : Mechanical Design for machine structure, mechanism and peripherals, Electrical and Control design for CNC , Software design for CNC, Machining Technologies development for EDM machines and Research & Develop Core Technologies

1. Achieve development task

2. Proactively provide engineering support to relevant department such as manufacturing, customer service, sales, application

3. Follow job process defined by MA QEHS policy Engineering / QP-ENG-001 to fulfill Makino quality standard

4. Constructively act as team member to achieve company vision and mission

5. Share knowledge with relevant people widely

6. Nurture people

7. Contribute to improve Makino technical core competency

8. Continuously learn and acquire knowledge and skill to achieve not just expected job roles but also higher level roles.

9. Accurately explain people thoughts, ideas and information with easy-to-understand manner
