Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- To attend to all guests' check-in and ensure all guest details are correctly input into the system.
- To attend to all guests' check-outs, including collecting payments in compliance with cash handling and credit card processing.
- To promptly, politely, and efficiently attend to all guests' requests and queries.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that special requests are met and follow up accordingly.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by the Front Office Manager.
Job Requirements
Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Team player, but also able to work independently.Enjoys interacting with guests and working in a fast-paced environment.Prior work experience in hotel operations will be an advantage.Candidates with no experience are welcome.Others
