Job descriptionAssist in cost estimation and tender preparation. Prepare and analyze cost comparisons in collaboration with the Senior Quantity Surveyor. Liaise and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotations and contracts. Prepare and manage tender documents, cost summaries, and price comparisons. Accurately measure quantities for progress payment claims, variation orders, and final accounts. Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final account settlements, and payments to sub-contractors and suppliers. Evaluate and certify progress work done, including administration of contract variations. Ensure timely and accurate QS-related documentation. Perform other quantity surveying duties as assigned. Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related discipline. 2 years’ relevant experience with main contractors. Prior experience with HDB BTO projects is essential .

- 🕘 Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm (candidate's choice)
- ✅ Must have hands-on experience in tendering, costing, and HDB BTO projects
