Job descriptionManage Accounts Payable : verify supplier invoices, initiate payments, perform data entry, maintain and reconcile creditors’ ledger Manage Accounts Receivable : monitor AR aging, prepare AR reports, track cash balances Handle petty cash, staff claims, and reimbursements Prepare GST returns in compliance with IRAS regulations Perform monthly bank and accounts reconciliation Liaise with auditors and company secretary; prepare audit schedules Manage full sets of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing Execute instructions from Directors and Managers for assigned transactions and tasks Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounts, preferably in FMCG or Retail industry
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
