RESPONSIBILITIES :
Ensure compliance and continuous improvement of quality
and food safety systems aligned with internal and external
standards.
Assess the feasibility and
acceptance of internal and external requirements and
expectations.
Coordinate and assist in the
implementation of change management processes and monitor
progress.
Review and analyze data to provide
regular updates on food safety, quality, and service
trends.
Continually evaluate and trend process
controls, food safety, and quality programs, and recommend
appropriate improvements.
Monitor and support
the resolution of quality non-conformances by enabling in-depth
root cause analysis, trend analysis, and stringent action
follow-up, including validation of resolution
effectiveness.
Lead the Quality Assurance
team, providing functional leadership for regular performance
reviews, succession planning, staff development and
training.
Management representative (Food
Safety Team Leader) to handle all food safety and quality related
audits from regulatory, certification bodies and
customers.
Any other tasks delegated by the
management.
REQUIREMENTS :
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Food Science or related
field
Good Knowledge of Quality Management
Systems (HACCP, BRC, ISO 22000)
Good
Communication, Strategic Planning, Organizational and Analytical
Skills
Dealing with complexity, and eye for
details.
