Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
- Drive the full 360 recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Pitch and present recruitment solutions to clients, negotiating contracts and fees.
- Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of senior-level candidates through networking and headhunting.
- Manage the offer process, ensuring a smooth candidate and client experience.
- Mentor and support junior consultants to enhance team performance.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and industry best practices.
