Title : IFM Engineer

Department : IFM

location : HQ office & mutiple site office

Job responsibility

• To manage the maintenance including Electrical, Air-con Plumbing and Bulding issues.
• To supervise supervisors and workers the works at site.
• Manage External sub-contractor and ensure the monthly preventive maintenance is carried out accordingly.
• Report to the job site owner on the defect and closed back the loop when completed.
• Prepare monthly meeting minutes
• Prepare monthly report for each job site
• Prepare quotation for minor and FM works
• Required to do some minor trouble shooting and hands on work if required.
