Job Description :
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution : Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate when necessary.
- Order & Product Management : Process orders, maintain accurate product listings, and coordinate with various parties.
- Administrative Support : Handle records, reports, and cross-functional coordination to meet KPIs.
- Campaign Analysis & Execution : Plan and execute advertising campaigns, analyze sales trends, and generate performance insights.
- Reporting : Prepare monthly and campaign reports with actionable insights to optimize performance.
Key Skills and Qualifications :
2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the retail industry.Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, online marketing strategies, and data analytics.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.Tell employers what skills you have
