Contract & Commercial Manager (Data Centre owner, regional projects, 8K)
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage the full spectrum of contract administration and commercial activities (pre and post contract works).
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, tenders, and consultancy agreements.
- Lead tender exercises — from pre-qualification, fee proposals, and evaluation to award recommendation.
- Liaise with consultants and QS teams on tender strategy, project costing, and contract documentation.
- Oversee vendor management, payment certification, and final account review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by management. Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Contract Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction, QS consultancy, or property development.
- Good knowledge of pre- and post-contract management, cost control, and contractual claims.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- B3 in O Level Chinese is required to support Chinese speaking internal and external stakeholder.
