Customer Service ExecutiveLocation : Tampines Working Hours : 8 : 30am - 5 : 30pm (Mon - Fri) Salary : $2,800 to $3,500 + OT pay Minimum Diploma : any field At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in order processing and delivery arrangement, customer relationship management. Experience in handling customers' inquiries and claims by emails and phone calls. Possess Excel skills and knowledge such as V-lookup, Pivot tables, and simple formulae. Handle customer enquiries efficiently and escalte issues promptly when required. Perform sales order management for customers. Perform allocation of stocks and arrange delivery for customers' orders. Conduct regular meetings with customers for close communication. Perform problem solving to value-added customers. Extract and tabulate data for monthly reporting.
