Snr Functional Consultant - 365 Business Central

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and client-focused Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) and a strong understanding of business processes. You'll work closely with clients to gather requirements, configure the system, and ensure successful deployment and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support Business Central implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
• Work directly with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Configure Business Central modules including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Jobs, Manufacturing, and Warehousing (as applicable).
• Conduct data migration planning and execution.
• Develop and deliver functional documentation, training materials, and end-user training.
• Assist with testing, issue resolution, and go-live support.
• Collaborate closely with technical consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Stay current on Business Central updates and Microsoft ecosystem innovations.
