UI / UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineers and product managers to gather user requirements.

Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI / UX design strategy for the brand.

Explore various design approaches to solve specific user problems.

Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.

Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.

Implement the latest design innovations to ensure that the product is in accordance with cutting‐edge technology.

Define user task flows and interaction models.

Create a cohesive style guide to ensure consistent design language is followed across the product.

Conduct user research.

Create user personas.

Conduct customer and competitor analysis.

Optimises UI designs and tests for intuitiveness and user‐centeredness.

Conduct usability testing to identify gaps in design and see if they can be further improved.

Prerequisites

You have 4+ years of experience.

You have excellent presentation skills.

You have user research, usability testing and prototyping knowledge.

You are proficient in design tools (E.g. SketchApp, Photoshop, Keynote, etc)

You have a clear understanding and love for white‐space and all that jazz (design principles).

You are wildly creative, meticulous and addicted to the quality of craft.

You should have a good sense of motion choreography; able to know how to use animation tools like Principle.
