JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to Call Centre Manager
- Attend to all phone enquiries
- Provide primarily support at sales department
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform Customer of unforeseen delays or problems
- Work closely among inter-departments to ensure order fulfilment
- E-filing, transmission in customer’s portal within the timeline
- Other duties as assigned by immediate superior
- Ensure adherence to company policies

Minimum 'O' Level or equivalentMinimum 1 year of related working experienceIndependent as well as a good team playerDisplays initiative with a positive attitudeGood interpersonal and communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office is a MUSTGood command of both English and Mandarin is a MUSTAttentive to detailsAble to start work immediately or within short noticeOTHERS
