Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service : Greet customers, assist them with product inquiries, and offer personalized solutions and recommendations.
• Sales & Transactions : Process customer purchases accurately using the POS system, handle payments, and promote products to achieve sales targets.
• Store Operations : Monitor and replenish stock, maintain store cleanliness, create and maintain appealing product displays, and ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Product Knowledge : Communicate product information and explain features and benefits to customers to aid in their purchase decisions.
