Job Description :
- Effective implementation and successful completion of projects undertaken by the Company within schedule, cost and quality
- Advise on procurement strategy, tender evaluation and contractor selection
- Discuss, draft, review, negotiate and subsequently shortlist and award sub-contracts
- Monitor contracts and facilitate extension, renewal or close-out as required
- Support the project team throughout the contract tem until successful contract completion, ensuring full compliance with the contract and respective legislation and regulations
- Liaise with sub-contractors, clients, suppliers for project cost issues
- Manage communications, integration and flow of design / project information
- Manage contractual risks, dispute resolution and settlement
- Develop tender strategies and oversee tender estimation responsibilities
- Responsible for all QS reporting, oversee document control, lead and monitor the QS team for variation works, progress claims, cost control
- Develop and improve department workflow and productivity
- Periodically report work progress to senior management
Requirements :
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering recognized by the PE BoardMinimum 5 years of working experience in similar capacity in building construction industryStrong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical tradesAbility to analyze and synthesize complex issues quickly and propose counter measures to settle the issuesGood knowledge of Local Code / Regulation pertaining to M&E services and building constructionStrong time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability and to manage particulars tasks put in his chargeGood leadership and communication skills, excellents organisational and problem-solving skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsSuitable candidates are encouraged to apply this position via Apply Now button or email to
