Account Executive (AP & GL) (6 months Contract) #Marymount #NKC - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the Accounts Payable (AP) function for the APAC region.
• Review and process payments, ensuring all documentation and approvals are in place.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, including payment documentation, vendor contracts, and internal controls.
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve AP and payment-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and local statutory requirements.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the upkeep of finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
