Responsibilities :
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including cold-calling and networking to generate leads.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, acting as the main point of contact throughout the sales cycle.Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, technical, and operations) to deliver customer requirements effectively.Monitor market trends, gather competitor intelligence, and recommend strategies to stay competitive.Manage the full sales process from lead generation to post-sales follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports to track performance against targets.Key Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
