Roles & Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building key client relationships, negotiating and closing business deals, and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. This role requires a proactive and strategic thinker with strong communication and leadership skills to expand the company’s market presence and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and business growth objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
- Track, analyze, and report key business metrics and performance indicators.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldProven track record of achieving and exceeding business targets.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships at all levels.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Tell employers what skills you have
