Warehouse / Logistic Assistant

Due to the requirement of the job, applicant must be able to operate pallet jack and carry heavy boxes

5-Days Work Week / 8am to 5.30pm

1) Warehouse Duty

• Unloading and Inspecting :
• Inspecting incoming goods for damage or discrepancies
• Clean & check container for damage after workers have unloaded goods to warehouse
• Inventory Management :
• Count, sort, and verify incoming stock, comparing it against purchase orders or other documentation
• Maintain and organize files (both physical and digital), updating databases, and ensuring data accuracy
• Manage incoming & outgoing goods in the warehouse
• Storage :
• Store items in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and accessibility for future retrieval
• Maintaining Cleanliness and Safety :
• Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by adhering to safety regulations and promptly reporting any hazards
• Operating Equipment :
• Need to operate machinery such as pallet jack, and other equipment necessary for material handling
• Other duties
• Palletizing and any other duties instructed by supervisor / s

2) Communication Skills and Management :

• Must be bilingual in Mandarin & English
• Support production staff in drawing of accessories
• Need to liaise with forwarders in collection of goods

3) General Office / Logistic Support :

• Prepare CIPL for Logistic Manager
• Manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging payments to suppliers
• Ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and handling basic bookkeeping or financial tasks

4) Organizational Skills :

Must be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a well-organized workspace

5) Technical Skills :

Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and other relevant technologies

6) Problem-Solving Skills :

Ability to handle unexpected situations, troubleshoot issues, and find solutions independently

7) Interpersonal Skills :

Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people and maintain a professional demeanor
