What you’ll do

Learning & Development (Core Focus)

• Lead the design and continuous improvement of training systems for both managers and employees, ensuring end-to-end implementation from needs analysis to effectiveness evaluation.
• Develop or introduce online learning courses, practical assignments, and learning resources tailored to the company’s business context.
• Collaborate closely with business departments to promote business-driven knowledge sharing, best‑practice extraction, and internal enablement initiatives.
• Oversee company‑wide and departmental onboarding programs, continuously enhancing the new hire experience.
