Roles & Responsibilities
Invoicing and Billing
- Generate and send accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Ensure all billing activities align with company policies, client agreements, and payment terms.
- Review client accounts to verify billing accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and promptly correct billing errors or discrepancies.
Data Entry and Record Keeping
Input billing information into accounting or billing systems.Maintain up-to-date and organized records of all billing transactions.Ensure accuracy in client and payment information.Payment Processing
Monitor client payments and ensure timely collections.Follow up on outstanding payments via phone, email, or written communication.Accurately apply payments and resolve any payment issues.Customer Service
Respond to client billing inquiries and resolve disputes efficiently.Support clients with payment arrangements and invoice clarifications.Maintain positive client relationships through professional communication.Reporting
Generate regular billing and payment status reports for management.Assist in account reconciliations and reporting.Maintain records to support financial reporting and analysis.Compliance and Auditing
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and industry standards.Provide documentation and support during audits.Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of relevant experience in billing, invoicing preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and billing / accounting software.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Interested applicants for the above advertised position(s), please kindly email an updated copy of your resume to : gs1@talenttradersg.com
