QA Technician / Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Be involved in supporting Internal and External Audit.
• Inspect Mechanical parts, detect welding and mechanical appearance defects.
• Use measuring equipment such as Trimos, Profile projector, Hexagonal Arm. Height gauges, Vernier calipers, etc.
• Read and interpret all drawing symbols and welding symbols.
• Liaise with external customers and internal teams.
• Provide technical advice and the best method for improving production work.
• Support Acceptance Test Plan / Process Management Plan and conduct training.
• Perform FA, Incoming, In-process and Outgoing inspection to meet the delivery schedule.
• Ensure all measuring equipment is calibrated.
• Ensure maintenance record and Production in-process record is updated on time.
• Ensure the implementation of corrective actions / preventive action as a result of weekly Source inspection by customers.
• Compiling Outgoing Inspection reports to support documents in the customer portal, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Assist with Document Control - To ensure all drawings are latest and filed in a proper manner.
• Assists / performs other non-routine duties as assigned by QA Manager
