Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic leadership to nursing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development of nursing staff to ensure high clinical standards.
• Set clear goals and performance metrics, offering regular coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards in nursing practice and patient safety.
• Monitor patient outcomes and satisfaction metrics to identify and address areas for improvement.
• Design staffing models, schedules, and workflows to optimize care delivery and resource efficiency.
• Manage nursing budgets and coordinate supply chain needs for medical supplies and equipment.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, clinical outcomes, and experience.
• Conduct audits and evaluations to drive evidence-based improvements.
• Develop and implement training, orientation, and continuing education programs for nursing staff.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to support professional growth.
• Promote interdisciplinary collaboration for improved care coordination.
• Play a key role in setting up nursing services for the new hospital, including staffing, workflows, and policies.
• Collaborate with facility planners to align infrastructure with patient-centered care models.
• Establish systems for inventory, equipment procurement, and infection control.
