Overview

As a system integrator, JRI offers services in IT strategy planning, implementation and outsourcing to a broad range of industries and activities. JRI Singapore currently supports the overall IT functions of Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) in Asia Pacific Region.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-going projects for Treasury, Remittance, SWIFT, AML systems and Infrastructure to enhance the experience of collaboration, performance, security, and service level.
- Contribute to the development of Treasury, Remittance, SWIFT and AML related systems
- Provide expertise to regional teams and foster collaboration with Japan head office stakeholders.
- Provide timely escalation and resolution of major issues to Management and Head Office teams.
- Act as liaison between end users and IT team in local market and Japan Head Office to understand business requirements for Treasury, Remittance, SWIFT and AML systems, design and implement new solutions or enhancements.
- Partner with customer’s planning section to ensure alignment of all platform architecture processes, standards, strategies and roadmap.
- As Business Analyst, understand and realize customer’s target business requirement and coordinate with internal teams, partners / vendors and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present regular project reports and documentations.
- Ensure project status and progress are communicated to stakeholders and IT teams in a timely and concise manner.
- Lead budget planning, negotiation with HO and project initiative.
- Work out full-scaled and precise proposal with technical solution team, coordinate and communicate resources and define clear roles with all project resources.
- Assume agreed projects that may be assigned from time to time in tandem with business priorities / requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent with min. 10 years of experience in IT Project Management in a large organizationKnowledge in Payment systems, AML and SWIFT.Knowledge in Treasury Marketespecially FX and Derivatives.5 years of experience supporting ITsystems for bank in a large organization.Proven experience in solution,architecture and design for these ITsystems.Proven experience in collaboration and workgroup for project delivery.In-depth knowledge on ProjectManagement and Business Analysis.Knowledge and practical experience with HPUX, Solaris, RHEL, Oracle Database,Cisco NW facility operation.Prior working experience as an IT professional in banking or financial institution is an advantage.In-depth knowledge on projectmanagement and business analysis.Knowledge in IT governanceProven experience in stakeholder management and communication, with a track record of building strongrelationshipsExpertise in planning, executing and monitoring projectsKnowledge of security and vulnerability based approach to security hardening.Demonstrate strong leadership, capable of managing stakeholders in large scale projects.Experience in leading projects withbudget of over 5 million USD.Possess strong and assertive verbal,written communication and presentation skills.Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment with constantly changingpriorities.Strong influencing skills andcollaborative team playerWilling to take an ad-hoc project as necessary#J-18808-Ljbffr
