Location : Punggol Digital District / Mapletree Business City
Job Scope
- Take ownership and collaborate with divisions and outsourced service providers to address issues, problems, and requests for changes.
- Independently drive, plan, manage, and deliver projects and services in a timely and efficient manner, without compromising service satisfaction, governance, or business continuity.
- Demonstrate problem-solving and scoping skills, ability to frame a problem, develop and execute a project plan to address the problem with minimal guidance
- Ability to pull, synthesize and analyse relevant data / context / information from various sources to generate clear analyses of problems and propose robust and data driven solutions.
- Actively identify strategic opportunities and insights that can lead to improvements in service delivery and operations.
Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science / information systems3-5 years of experience in managing programmes focused on IT service continuity and change management practicesExperience with ServiceNow ITSM and strong understanding of ITIL v4 principles are highly preferredRequired Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.Excellent organisational skills with attention to detailsProficiency in data analysis tools for extracting, synthesizing and presenting service performance insightsEA License No. : 96C4864
