We are seeking an accomplished and highly experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead and grow our Emerging Technology recruitment practice in the Asia-Pacific region. This senior role combines strategic client engagement, expert candidate sourcing, and market development. As a seasoned recruitment professional, you will play a key role in driving business growth, delivering exceptional recruitment services, and strengthening our presence across Asia Pac markets. You will specialise in recruiting for roles in Digital, Generative AI, API, Platform Engineering, Big Data, Cloud across multiple domains, including Banking, Fintech, Big-Tech, E-Commerce, Insurance, Energy, and Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

Client and Account Management

• Act as a trusted adviser and primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients across the Asia-Pacific region.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients in sectors such as Banking, Fintech, Big-Tech, E-Commerce, Insurance, Energy, and Consulting, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions for Emerging Technology roles.
• Proactively manage client accounts to maintain satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business, whilst identifying opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
