Roles & Responsibilities
- Direct and guide a team of engineers to support production lines with fast and effective technical resolutions.
- Drive and oversee new project launches, tech transfers, and continuous process enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support quoting, cost reduction, and capability development efforts.
- Ensure engineering deliverables align with customer specs, timelines, and budget targets.
- Cultivate a high-performing team through mentoring, goal alignment, and structured coaching.
Requirements :
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.At least 5 years of engineering with supervisory experience in Manufacturing, Aerospace, Precision Machining industry.Strong working knowledge in processes such as metal cutting, brazing, stamping, and thermal treatments.Effective people leadership with demonstrated success in fast-moving industrial environments.Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders across different levels and cultures.If you are keen to apply for the position, kindly email your detailed resume in MS Word to hr@recruit-expert.com
