Job descriptionMinimum GCE N Levels with 1 year of working experience in customer service Computer literacy in internet, email and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff Strong passion to serve the patients Willing to work weekends and public holidays ( Work hours are from 9am to 6.25pm, 5 day work-week including Sat) Previous experience in healthcare setting is an advantage
Job Responsibilities
The incumbent will be the ambassador of the organisation for providing excellent patient service to our customers and shall be responsible to :
- Perform collection of payment for patients
- Conduct financial counselling for patients
- Perform admission, transfer and discharging procedures for patients
- Filing of patient records
- Obtain appointment for patients
- Replenishing inventory when stock is low
- Help in additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors
