Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Handle basic correspondence and communication with internal teams
  • Maintain records and update databases accurately
  • Support day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow

Job Requirements

  • Min GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels, ‘A’ Levels, Diploma and above
  • Keen interest in the healthcare / medical industry
  • No experience needed, full training will be provided
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to start work immediately
