Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the healthcare team
  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate patient or departmental records
  • Manage filing, documentation, and correspondence
  • Assist in scheduling appointments or meetings
  • Coordinate with internal departments for operational support
  • Perform general clerical duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Min GCE N / O or ‘A’ Levels / Diploma and above
  • Keen interest in the healthcare / medical industry
  • No experience needed, full training will be provided
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Able to start work immediately
