Description

Develop, update, and maintain accurate BIM

models (Revit / AECOsim) for electrical and MEP

systems.

Produce coordinated

2D / 3D drawings, layouts, and details

in compliance with project and regulatory requirements.

Perform clash detection and

resolution with other disciplines (civil,

structural, mechanical).

Ensure models and

drawings comply with company standards, client

requirements, and authority regulations .

Assist project engineers and BIM Manager in preparing

submission drawings, as-built documentation, and technical

reports.

Manage model updates through the

project lifecycle and support design coordination

meetings .

Liaise with

consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure design intent is

accurately captured in the BIM

model.

Job

Requirements

Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or

equivalent technical qualification.

Minimum

3 years of BIM modelling experience in

construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.

Proficient in BIM Revit, AECOsim, and

AutoCAD software (2D & 3D).

Familiar with Singapore authority codes and

submission standards (BCA, SCDF, LTA,

PUB).

Experience with MRT,

large-scale building, or industrial projects is an

advantage.

Ability to interpret and coordinate

across multi-disciplinary

drawings .

Knowledge of

BIM coordination workflows and CDE

(Common Data Environment) platforms (e.g., BIM 360, ACC)

preferred.

Good communication skills,

detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced project

environment.

Capable of working independently

with minimal supervision and delivering within tight

timelines.
