Job descriptionMammalian cell culture of both suspension and adherent cells Confocal microscop Fluorescent in situ hybridisatio Design of DNA nanostructures for novel assays At least 1 year of experience in experimental cancer biology research with a demonstrated track record of troubleshooting novel assay design

Job Description
The successful candidate will work with Prof Greg Tucker-Kellogg on experimental cancer biology models for epigenetic drug discovery.
The main responsibilities of the position include :
- Mammalian cell culture research and imaging of epigenetic marks at individual loc
- Epigenetic drug inhibition studies followed by molecular and cellular assays
Qualifications
Bachelor or Masters degree in biotechnology or a closely related discipline
