Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring a Finance Manager, a hybrid role on reporting, tax and corporate finance. This team member reports to the Financial Controller and focuses in supporting the accounting team, complying with the accounting standards, financial reporting, FP&A, forecast and budgeting, cash forecasting, and heavy involvement in corporate finance and tax (structuring and strategy). This role requires initiatives and challenges for you to look outside of standard accounting and gain commercial (finance) exposure within the Real Estate Investment.

Requirements

• A confident and eloquent communicator and Chartered Accountant, in English and Mandarin, with a minimum of 8 years work experience excluding external audit.
• Positive attitude and resilient to work in an ambiguity and fast-paced environment. Preferably with M&A experience.
• Possesses confident stakeholders management, business acument and strong analytical skills to deliver business presentation and strategy
