Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Manage policies, processes, and execution for payments, payroll, revenue recognition, billing, and credit control activities.
- Implement and maintain robust policies and procedures to achieve targeted financial outcomes.
- Establish effective internal controls, assess financial risks, and develop appropriate mitigation measures.
- Ensure payments, billings, and collections are processed efficiently, accurately, and on time.
- Oversee the accurate and timely accrual of revenue.
- Manage payroll budgeting and related planning activities.
- Deliver timely, accurate financial analyses, summaries, and reports that provide actionable insights and track processing efficiency.
- Lead transformation initiatives and continuous improvements in finance operations, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Supervise the Finance PMO and a small team of accountants supporting the Finance Division in the implementation of SAP S / 4HANA.
- Oversee IT-related administrative functions for the Division, such as staff onboarding, annual disaster recovery exercises, and access reviews.
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to the finance team.
- Undertake other ad-hoc projects or assignments as directed by management.
Requirements :
Degree in AccountancyBig4 experience will be a plusKnowledge of SAP S / 4 HANA, SAP ECC 6.0, Tableau or other reporting tools will be an advantage.Account Manager :
