Job descriptionCollaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions. Deliver top-tier candidates with a consistent emphasis on exceptional candidate experience. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing roles and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding. Use advanced recruitment techniques, including Boolean search and talent mapping, to source high-quality candidates. Provide clients and candidates with market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and recruitment best practices. Stay informed about industry trends and adapt strategies to remain competitive in the market. Represent TENTEN Partners at industry events and conferences to enhance our brand visibility. Build and maintain strong professional networks to create a sustainable pipeline of top talent and client referrals. 7–10 years of recruitment experience, with a specialized focus on risk and compliance roles. Fully self-sufficient as a 360 recruiter. Experience leading teams is a plus. Track record of placing mid to senior level roles within Financial Services sector. In-depth knowledge of market trends, client needs, and talent availability in your core practice. Strong client relationship management and business development skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with recruitment software, ATS / CRM platforms, and advanced sourcing techniques. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Well-established professional network across Singapore and Hong Kong. Flexible Working Environment : Hybrid working model focused on outcomes. With a strong track record and a well-established client and candidate network, you’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint, delivering outstanding results, and shaping one of TENTEN Partners’ core practices within the Financial Services sector.
