Roles & Responsibilities
Description
1.Operations and Maintenance
Plan and supervise contractors for M & E preventive maintenance works such as fire protection system / cooling tower / air con / ejector pump, etc.
Plan and supervise contractors for building services works such as cleaning / landscaping / waste management / pest control, etc.
Ensure that day-to-day operations, like cleaning, waste disposal, and utilities, are running smoothly.
Conduct daily routine inspection for building / M&E facilities.
Troubleshoot faults and carry out corrective maintenance such as power and water disruption, etc.
2.Project Support and Management
Oversee and manage renovation and upgrading projects e.g. office reno, underground water pipe replacement, etc.
3.Budgeting and Cost Control
Support in preparing and managing the facility’s operational budget, including maintenance and repair costs.
4.Emergency response
Response to emergency call including after office hours e.g. power failure, fire incident, etc.
5.Others
Ensure contractor comply with security and safety requirements for corrective and preventive maintenance works.
Raise works / services by contractors / vendors.
Perform acceptance of services completed by contractor e.g. pest control, grass cutting, etc.
Analyze the meter reading to monitor electricity / water consumption.
Document all repairs, inspections, and maintenance performed in the building
