Roles & Responsibilities
Working Hours : Monday to Friday Office Hours
Hourly Salary : $13.60 per hour
3 - 6 Months Contract
Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage interview logistics, including room bookings and virtual meeting setups.
- Conduct initial resume screenings to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate applications in our recruitment databases.
- Support generation of reports and metrics to support recruitment analytics.
Requirements :
Diploma and aboveProficient in MS Office applications i.e. Excel, PowerPoint & WordOrganized, meticulous and attention to detailsStrong communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work under a tight schedule and fast-paced environmentAbility to adapt to a wide range of work procedure and operational guidelinesKindly send in your resume to : vivien.khaw@tg-hr.com
